Free shipping on orders $500+ (before taxes) in Canada, excluding NWT, Yukon, heavy, oversized, or dangerous goods. Additional fees may apply.

PO Box Deliveries
Canada Post delivers items under 60 lbs to PO Boxes. Heavier items require an alternate address.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Processing: 1–3 business days (excl. weekends)
• Delivery (after processing):
  • Greater Toronto Area: 1–2 days
  • Rest of Ontario: 3–4 days
  • Manitoba & Western Canada: 3–6 days
  • Quebec & Eastern Canada: 3–6 days
  • NWT & Yukon: 10–14 days

Tracking details emailed upon shipment. Check spam/promotions folder.

Delivery & Signature
High-value orders may require a signature. Unattended packages may be left at the delivery location. You’re responsible for tracking and receiving your order. Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails.

Additional Fees

• Overweight/Oversized Items: Extra charges for items over 65 lbs or large dimensions.
• Dangerous Goods: $125 non-refundable fee.
• Remote Locations: Additional fees may apply.
  You’ll be notified of extra fees before processing.

Shipping Issues

• Incorrect Addresses: You’re responsible for address accuracy. Re-shipping fees apply for returns due to errors.
• Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact orders@mapindpro.com or 905-919-1177 immediately. Inspect packages upon delivery.
• Returns: You cover return shipping unless due to our error. Original shipping costs deducted from refunds.
