VSM XK870X Ceramic Grinding Fiber Belt
The XK870X grinding fiber belt features a ceramic grain type known for its aggressive cutting ability and durability. It is full-resin bonded to enhance its strength and longevity, while the red color makes it easily identifiable. The belt's backing material is made of sturdy X-Polyester, designed to withstand demanding applications. This universal ceramic-grain workshop belt is particularly effective for pre-sharpening knives and can be used dry on stainless steel thanks to its grinding-active layer, which reduces the grinding zone's temperature. This feature makes the XK870X a suitable alternative to XK760X for machining superalloys and stainless steels. It also boasts a self-sharpening effect that continuously recreates sharp grain points, resulting in a high stock removal rate. Additionally, the belt offers cool grinding, an extended service life, and high wear resistance.
