E308L-16 electrodes: ideal for stainless steel welding (301-304). Low carbon, certified quality, AC welder compatible. Efficient, low amperage, smooth ripples, minimal post-weld cleaning. Welding perfection. These Electrodes are your go-to solution for welding various stainless steels, including 301, 302, 304L, and 304. The E308L-16 electrodes boast an extra-low carbon content, making them ideal for welding stainless steels. The controlled ferrite in the weld deposit ensures excellent notch toughness, especially at cryogenic temperatures. With a maximum of 0.04% carbon in the weld metal, these electrodes minimize the formation of chromium carbides, reducing susceptibility to intergranular corrosion. These electrodes have received certifications from reputable organizations, including CWB, CE, ISO 9001, and Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance UK, ensuring their quality and reliability. Excellent performance on AC welders. Low amperage electrode, preventing overheating. Well-suited for thin materials. High deposition rate for efficient welding. Produces a concave bead with smooth ripples and a self-releasing slag. Excellent wetting action and fine ripples minimize post-weld cleaning efforts.
