Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping across Canada on orders of $175 or more (before taxes). Please note that some heavy, oversized, or dangerous goods are not eligible for free shipping and may incur extra charges. Shipments to NWT & Yukon are also not eligible for free shipping.
PO Box Deliveries
Canada Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes for items under 60 lbs. For heavier items, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address. For faster service, we recommend using a street address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders with in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends).
Estimated Delivery (after processing):
- Greater Toronto Area: 1–2 business days
- Rest of Ontario: 3–4 business days
- Manitoba & Western Canada: 3–6 business days
- Quebec & Eastern Canada: 3–6 business days
- NWT & Yukon: 10–14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details from Maple Industrial Products Inc. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup. For orders not requiring a signature, packages may be left at the delivery location.
You are responsible for tracking your delivery and ensuring someone is available to receive it. If delivery fails, re-delivery fees may apply. If your package is held at a pickup facility, you must retrieve it within the designated timeframe.
Additional Shipping Fees
Some items may incur additional shipping fees due to size, weight, or special handling:
- Overweight & Oversized Items: Products over 65 lbs or with large dimensions may have extra charges.
- Dangerous Goods: A non-refundable fee of $125 applies.
- Remote Locations: Extra fees may apply for orders delivered to remote areas.
We will notify you if any additional fees apply to your order before processing it.
Shipping Issues & Customer Responsibility
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify your address carefully. If your order is returned due to such errors, re-shipping fees will apply, and the original free shipping eligibility will be voided.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: For any issues with lost packages, delays, or damage, please contact us immediately:

Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If it appears damaged or tampered with, contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). If your original order qualified for free shipping, and you return items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Other Important Notes
- Maple Industrial Products Inc. reserves the right to choose the shipping method for standard deliveries.
- We aim to process in-stock orders the same day. Non-stock items may require more processing time.
- We will notify you of any extended delays or backorders once your order is processed.
- Canadian tax will be applied based on the province of delivery.
- Once shipping service has been rendered, shipping charges are non-refundable.
