MapleWeld Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our welding and cutting equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the guidelines below.
Returns in 3 Simple Steps
1. Request Authorization (RMA Required)
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team or log in to your MapleWeld account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
2. Repackage the Item
Please return the item in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, along with your RMA form.

Do not write or place stickers/tape directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Items not returned in original, sellable condition may be subject to restocking fees.
3. Ship or Drop-Off the Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

MapleWeld is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.

General Return Guidelines

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was shipped under a Free Shipping Promotion, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees & Return Conditions
Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 90% or may be denied entirely.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Without a valid RMA

Used or demo units

Damaged or incomplete packaging

Missing parts, manuals, or accessories

Altered manufacturer boxes or labeling
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following products are Final Sale and non-returnable:

Custom/Special order items

Gas cylinders
-
Respiratory protection (N95 masks, PAPR systems, face shields)

Hearing protection (earmuffs, earbuds)

Open box/demo/floor models
-
Used or repaired machines

Gift cards & clearance items

Shipping & duty charges
Damaged Shipments & Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or transit damage.
If your item arrives damaged:

Refuse delivery if there is visible freight damage.

For small packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.), report concealed damage immediately with photos to: 📧 orders@mapindpro.com

If insured, we will assist with expedited resolution.

If not insured, we will file a claim with the carrier — please note that this process can take up to 40 business days and refunds are not guaranteed.
Order Issues or Missing Items
Please report any missing items, incorrect shipments, or visible damage within 10 days of receiving your order.

Defective Product or Warranty Support
If you believe your item is defective:

Contact us with SKU, serial number, and detailed photos/videos.

We will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty claim process.
Repair Service Support
If your welding machine requires service or repair, we will gladly refer you to a certified service centre in your area.
