Shipping Across Canada

We ship orders across Canada using trusted courier partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and applicable shipping method.

Please note that some heavy, oversized, or dangerous goods may require additional shipping charges. Shipments to the Northwest Territories (NWT) and Yukon may also incur additional freight charges.

PO Box Deliveries

Canada Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes for items under 60 lbs. For heavier items, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address. For faster service, we recommend using a street address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery (after processing):

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 1–2 business days

  • Rest of Ontario: 3–4 business days

  • Manitoba & Western Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Quebec & Eastern Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Northwest Territories (NWT) & Yukon: 10–14 business days

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or high-volume periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information from Maple Industrial Products Inc. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

For shipments that do not require a signature, the courier may leave the package at the delivery address where deemed safe.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment when required. Additional delivery or storage charges imposed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Shipping Charges

Certain products may require additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, or handling requirements.

  • Overweight & Oversized Items: Products weighing over 65 lbs or exceeding standard shipping dimensions may incur additional freight charges.

  • Dangerous Goods: A non-refundable dangerous goods handling fee of $125 applies where required.

  • Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or rural areas.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Shipping Issues & Customer Responsibility

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Maple Industrial Products Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering, notify us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched by the carrier.

Additional Information

  • Maple Industrial Products Inc. reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and shipping method for all orders.

  • While we strive to process in-stock orders as quickly as possible, some products may require additional processing time.

  • If an item is backordered or delayed, we will notify you after your order has been reviewed.

  • Applicable Canadian sales tax will be charged based on the province or territory of the shipping destination.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipping services have been rendered.
