E71T-1 flux-cored welding wire is engineered for flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) and is known for outstanding weld strength and toughness. It's suited for applications requiring high deposition rates in all positions, making it a versatile choice for heavy-duty welding tasks, with excellent arc stability and low spatter for cleaner welds and easier cleanup. Designed to handle poor fit-up, it's ideal for structural steel work, shipbuilding, and offshore drilling rigs, producing strong, crack-resistant welds even over rust or mill scale. Available in .035", .045", and .062" diameters from Inweld, Atlantic, PowerWeld, Hyundai, Kobelco, and BÖHLER.
