Bernard Style MIG Nozzle (5-Pack) 4491, 4492 – 400A
The Bernard Style 4400-series MIG nozzle is a heavy-duty brass slip-on nozzle for 400A Bernard-style MIG guns. It slips onto the 4435 gas diffuser, where O-rings hold it securely while allowing infinite adjustment of the tip recess. Choose the 4491 with a 3/4 inch conical bore for wider gas coverage on high-amperage work, or the 4492 with a 9/16 inch tapered bore for better access to tight joints. Built to OEM specifications and sold in packs of 5. For 200/300A guns with the 4335 diffuser, use the 4391 and 4392 nozzles.
