In terms of structure, it meets stringent safety standards set by EN 12413 and OSA, with a minimum side load capacity starting at 40 N, which increases with the disc diameter. Each disc's longevity is guaranteed with an embossed expiry date lasting three years, and its quality is consistently monitored through sophisticated in-process controls. To bolster safety, one in every thousand discs undergoes destructive testing. The straight shape (Shape 41) of the disc facilitates deeper insertion depths for extended cuts, making it ideal for handling structural steel, tool steel, and spring steels.
