The XF885 VSM Ceramics Plus fiber discs are crafted with high-quality, microcrystalline ceramic grains that are fully resin-bonded onto a tough, form-resistant vulcanized fibre backing. The unique design includes an additional grinding-active layer, optimized for cool and aggressive grinding on challenging materials such as superalloys, stainless steels, and aluminum. These red-brown discs are distinguished by their self-sharpening effect, which constantly recreates sharp grain points, ensuring high stock removal rates and making them ideal for tasks like bevelling or weld seam processing.
