ER80S-Ni1 Steel TIG Welding Rods
ER80S-Ni1 TIG rods are high-performance welding rods designed for TIG welding where notch toughness at low temperatures is a critical requirement. Alloyed with approximately 1% nickel, they offer enhanced impact strength and fracture resistance in cold environments – ideal for the petrochemical, shipbuilding, and construction industries where welds are exposed to harsh, low-temperature conditions. These rods excel in welding fine-grain steels, providing a stable arc, low spatter, and a smooth weld finish, producing X-ray quality welds with excellent bead appearance. Available in 1/16" and 3/32" diameters.
