Bronze Brazing Powder 600 Flux

Bronze Brazing Powder 600 Flux is a versatile, all-purpose flux designed for use with bronze and nickel silver brazing alloys on a variety of metals, including steel, cast iron, and copper-base alloys. With an active range of 1400°F to 2200°F (760°C to 1204°C), this highly active powder can be used dry by dipping heated rods into it, or mixed with approximately 20% water to form a paste. It's particularly effective for oxy-fuel braze welding using low fuming bronze and nickel silver rods. Composed of boric acid and borax, this flux ensures a bright, clean, strong, and porosity-free brazed joint, with residues easily removed by a hot water rinse. It also meets ANSI/AWS Class A5.31 Type FB3-J specifications.
