Binzel ABIMIG AT 355 Tapered Pipe Welding Consumables

The Binzel tapered front end converts an ABIMIG AT 355 (or DELTA-MIG 3) for pipe and narrow-groove welding. The slim 145.D402 tapered nozzle (3/8 in / 10 mm bore) reaches into root and hot passes where a standard nozzle cannot, while still shielding the weld pool.

The three parts work together: the 145.D402 nozzle fits the H3TP-6-C tapered tip holder, which takes the 147.1609 .035 in M6 silver-plated contact tip. Silver plating reduces spatter adhesion and extends tip life. Each part is sold individually so you can replace only what wears.
