Binzel H2T-6-C Tip Holder / Gas Diffuser (5-Pack) – ABIMIG AT 255

The Binzel H2T-6-C is the threaded tip holder and gas diffuser for ABIMIG AT 255 air-cooled MIG guns (230A CO2 / 220A mixed gas, 60% duty cycle). This one-piece brass part holds the contact tip, distributes shielding gas evenly around the wire, and pairs with the AT 255 threaded nozzles (145.D015, 145.D016).

Replacing a worn or spatter-clogged tip holder restores gas coverage, tip alignment and current transfer, which cuts porosity, burn-back and unplanned downtime. Sold in packs of 5.
