Binzel ABIMIG AT 255 Threaded MIG Nozzles (5-Pack)

Abicor Binzel threaded gas nozzles for ABIMIG AT 255 air-cooled MIG guns (230A CO2 / 220A mixed gas, 60% duty cycle). The nozzle threads on securely and concentrically, keeping the contact tip centred and the shielding gas flowing straight into the weld pool. The nickel-plated finish resists spatter build-up and makes cleaning faster.

Pick the bore for the job: a smaller bore gives better access and visibility in tight joints, while a larger bore gives wider gas coverage for higher amperage and spray transfer. 145.D015 is the factory-standard AT 255 nozzle. Use with the H2T-6-C tip holder. Sold in packs of 5.
