The innovative Pulsating Welding Technology, employing a unique arc method that alternates between heat generation without deposit during forward motion and projecting a droplet onto the cast iron during backward motion. This approach not only burns out oil and grease for effective slag removal but also provides superior control over porosity. Controlled Heat Input is achieved through the pulsating properties, enabling a slower cooling rate on the first pass for a soft, machinable deposit without undercutting. The electrode's All-Positional feature adds versatility, allowing for easy welding at various angles and positions, compatible with both A.C. and D.C. welding.
