Binzel ABIMIG AT 355 Threaded MIG Nozzles (5-Pack)

Abicor Binzel threaded gas nozzles for ABIMIG AT 355 air-cooled MIG guns and DELTA-MIG 3 (340A CO2 / 310A mixed gas, 60% duty cycle). The nozzle threads on securely and concentrically, keeping the contact tip centred and the shielding gas flowing straight into the weld pool. The nickel-plated finish resists spatter build-up and makes cleaning faster.

Pick the bore for the job: a smaller bore gives better access and visibility in tight joints, while a larger bore gives wider gas coverage for higher amperage and spray transfer. 145.D026 is the factory-standard AT 355 nozzle. Recessed versions set the tip back inside the nozzle for spray transfer; flush versions set the tip level with the nozzle end for short-circuit work and joint access. Use with the H3T-6-C or H3T-8-C tip holder. Sold in packs of 5.
